Support, professionalism and personability. As first home buyers, we stepped into the property market with little knowledge and even less confidence, but Greg immediately made us feel comfortable and empowered us to make the right decision on our home loan and (eventually!) on the property itself. Couldn't have done it without Greg. We're self-employed and have had some shaky books over the last few years (bushfires, covid, etc, etc). As a young couple who have been working tirelessly to save, we knew we were ready but didn't feel we could communicate our unique self-employed situation to the banks.
