THE FINANCIAL PHYSICIST
Our team is led by Principal Greg Hearn, an award-winning professional with over 30 years of experience working for and with many of Australia’s largest banks and finance lenders providing residential, commercial as well as plant & equipment finance.
Way back in 2002 (yes that’s more than 20 years ago), Greg left Australia’s largest bank because he was fed up dealing with the internal politics of the big bank and not meeting the needs of his clients since he spent most of his time negotiating between the credit area of the bank and the client.
By becoming a broker, Greg had available many lenders, from large banks to small banks to private lenders, and in those 20+ years has not had a solution that couldn’t be found! Greg has specific expertise in commercial lending and has organised finance for clients on a large number of developments and transactions across Australia.
When not busy dealing with clients and lenders, Greg is a passionate rugby supporter (read rugby tragic) and is also keen mountain biker, SUP paddler and surfer – generally just enjoying the outdoors.
Kirsten FLACK
Client Manager
Kirsten is our Client Manager at GHFS and delivers exceptional client service through effective communication. She is extremely organised, efficient, and excellent eye for detail.
Kirsten has many years of office administration and work, health & safety experience in industries such as legal, residential building, hospitality and real estate and is always willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions our clients may have. Her experience and skills are what ensures our clients have a smooth, effortless journey with us, whether it is buying their first home, refinancing, or purchasing an investment property.
Kirsten has always had a personal interest in real estate and property investment and enjoys looking for future opportunities to increase her family wealth.
Outside of the office, Kirsten is managing her busy home life as a mother of 4 and undergoing a home renovation. Any spare time is spent in the garden or at the beach.
