Hi Greg Hearn the Financial Physicist coming to you again today from Short Point Merimbula. I don’t think I’ve been here before and done the video so over my shoulder here that little bunch of houses is actually where I live up on the hill but we look back over Bar Beach which you’ve all seen before anyway um short video today just wanted to express there’s probably an opportunity you know like there’s winners and losers in anything in the current circumstances and I know I did a blog piece yesterday about how everything’s going up but if you’re really secure in your job, you got equity in your house, been thinking about investment property this might be the time. We are starting to see something through sales and that is causing the market to dip a little bit um I think personally that area between uh sort of Home Bush, Olympic Park and Penrith just see some Penrith is probably where you’re going to see the most distress sales in Sydney for instance I don’t know Melbourne, Brisbane as well um but I reckon that pocket in maybe down towards Campbelltown is you’re going to see some distressed sales because people there demographically just tend to be restricted in income and they’d be tight on their budget as well so I just think there’s going to be an opportunity there to take advantage of the winners and losers so maybe if you’re thinking about investment now’s a good time to reach out and have a chat and see what we can do for you and then you can start looking anyway that’s it for me beautiful day here sunny a little bit of wind but not too bad otherwise peace out.
